Starbucks Draws A Crowd

It amazes me when I visit the local
coffee shops. The crowds gather over
coffee and a conversation. Many bring
their laptops, chess games, newspaper,
magazine, etc. The most intriguing
part of visiting a coffee shop is the
conversations. The ability to dialogue,
discuss, and debate the latest scoop,
gossip, theory, with strangers or better
stated, people who can’t change the
realities of the topics being discussed.
Something about the Starbucks Coffee,
it draws a crowd. Confession- 7
This to happens in schools everyday.
That one coffee pot in the teacher’s
lounge, can become the stirring pot
of your schools daily dialogues,
discussions, debates, and gossip. Some
staff members make it their business to
gather all the news for the day, and
begin to spread the morning report hot
off the press around the coffee pot.
Some information they may be privy to
and the information might be true. Other
information, they just can’t contain
within themselves, they just have to
let it out.
