Civil Rights = Human Rights "Everyone is Equal"

Patrick was invited to speak to the Mt. Vernon, Il School District 80 for their Black History Month culminating event, Civil Rights = Human Rights "Everyone is Equal"

To a packed crowd, Patrick beautifully and scientifically, travelled through 2000 years of history in 30 minutes. Some of the highlights of the evening was Patrick's research on the "Door of No Return" an the ancestors that walked through that corridor never returning

to their country again and " The Door of Return" during President' s visit to the shores in 2009.

This picture perfect delivery allowed the students in the audience to connect the history of African Americans to the present day realities across the world. Patrick concluded the evening to a standing ovation and multiple invites to other schools for forthcoming events from Superintendent Dr. Kevin Settle and Principal Dr. Patrick Rice.
