Proper Handling of People in Business, Education, & Leadership

Have you walked into a place of business to render service? You enter the location and are greeted by an armed security officer with a bad attitude. You go to the counter to complete your transaction through a 5 inch bullet proof glass. The receptionist has a terrible disposition and pay you little attention. If you ask any additional question outside of those to handle that specific transaction, you are likely to receive the 'Sista' with an attitude response. Now just think, you came into this location to pay a bill, buy an item, or purchase dinner.

What if you enter the location and you were greeted by a pleasant host. She welcomes you to the place of business and ask if she could be of immediate assistance. She provides you with new information to make your time easier at the place of business and volunteers to guide you through. When you leave, the host greets you by name.

With these two different experience, you will have no hesitation in going into the second place of business. The first place of business you might not ever go into again.
